Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of and participation in any trip offered by Saha Quest Inc. dba Sahā Quest ("Sahā Quest," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing payment for a Sahā Quest trip, you ("Traveler" or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, including all waivers of liability, the arbitration clause, and the class action waiver set out below.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not complete a purchase or participate in any Sahā Quest trip.

1.  Eligibility

By purchasing a trip, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

All information you provided during the application and booking process is true, accurate, and complete.

Acceptance into any Sahā Quest cohort is subject to Sahā Quest's approval and is not guaranteed by submitting an application or deposit.

2.  Payment

Trip fees are as communicated to you by Sahā Quest at the time of booking. Sahā Quest reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time prior to your confirmed booking.

2a.  Payment Timeline

A deposit in the amount communicated to you by Sahā Quest is required at the time of booking to secure your place on a trip. Unless otherwise stated in writing by Sahā Quest, the remaining balance is due no later than thirty (30) days before the trip departure date.

If you book within thirty (30) days of the trip departure date, the full trip fee is due at the time of booking.

Your reservation is not confirmed until Sahā Quest has received the required deposit or full payment, as applicable.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the applicable due date will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all amounts previously paid, without refund or credit.

2b.  Payment Window & Authorization

Payment links are valid for the period stated when they are issued. By completing payment, you authorize Sahā Quest to charge your payment method for the amount then due and acknowledge your agreement to these Terms, including the deposit, non-refundability, and cancellation provisions.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), electronic transfers, and bank drafts. All payments must be made in full and free of any bank or intermediary charges.

Late payments will accrue interest at 3% per calendar month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for all reasonable costs of payment collection, including attorneys' fees.

2c.  No Chargebacks

Before initiating any credit card dispute, you agree to contact us first at isabelle@sahaquest.com to resolve the matter directly. The following constitute improper chargebacks, and Sahā Quest reserves the right to dispute them and recover all associated costs:

Chargebacks based on non-cancellable reservations, whether or not used.

Chargebacks from charges authorized by third parties with access to your payment method (excluding fraud).

Chargebacks arising from supplier product descriptions or force majeure events.

Chargebacks based on disagreement with our cancellation policy.

3.  Cancellation & Non-Refundability

All trip payments — whether deposit or full payment — are strictly non-refundable under any and all circumstances, due to advance commitments made by Sahā Quest to hotels, suppliers, guides, and other third parties.

If you cancel, withdraw from, fail to attend, arrive late to, or leave a trip early for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund, credit, transfer, price adjustment, or reimbursement for any portion of the trip.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-participation, including personal circumstances, illness, injury, family emergencies, employment obligations, scheduling conflicts, transportation disruptions, visa or passport issues, changes in personal finances, or dissatisfaction with changes permitted under these Terms.

The non-refundable nature of all payments reflects the advance commitments Sahā Quest makes to hotels, restaurants, guides, experience providers, and other third-party suppliers when reserving and operating each trip.

We strongly encourage all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including cancel-for-any-reason coverage where available. If your reason for cancellation is covered by your insurance policy, you may be able to recover some or all of your costs directly from your insurer.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Sahā Quest

Sahā Quest reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a trip when reasonably necessary, including because of insufficient enrollment, supplier unavailability, safety concerns, operational requirements, or circumstances that materially affect Sahā Quest’s ability to operate the trip.

If Sahā Quest cancels a trip for reasons other than a Force Majeure Event, Sahā Quest will provide the remedy required by applicable law and may offer, as applicable, a rescheduled departure, an alternative trip, a future travel credit, or a refund of amounts paid to Sahā Quest.

Sahā Quest is not responsible for independently arranged airfare, accommodations, transportation, insurance premiums, visa costs, or any other expenses incurred by a traveler in connection with a cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled trip.

Changes to the Journey

The Journey Overview describes the intended character, structure, inclusions, and principal experiences of the trip. It is not a guaranteed or final daily itinerary.

Sahā Quest and its Suppliers reserve the right to modify, substitute, reschedule, or remove any component of a trip, including accommodations, meals, activities, guides, transportation, venues, and the sequence or timing of experiences.

Where reasonably possible, Sahā Quest will seek to provide a comparable alternative consistent with the overall character of the Journey Overview. Such changes will not constitute grounds for traveler cancellation, refund, credit, or chargeback.

No refund or credit will be issued for any unused portion of a trip, including services or experiences a traveler chooses not to attend or is unable to use.

4.  Travel Insurance (Mandatory)

Travel insurance is mandatory for all Sahā Quest travelers.

You must purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy within seven (7) calendar days after completing your initial payment or booking, whichever occurs first. If you book fewer than seven (7) days before departure, you must purchase coverage immediately upon booking.

The policy must include, at a minimum, coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, emergency medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and baggage loss or delay. We strongly encourage you to consider cancel-for-any-reason coverage where available and appropriate for your circumstances.

You must provide Sahā Quest with proof of coverage promptly after purchasing the policy and no later than seven (7) calendar days after completing your initial payment or booking. Proof must include your name, the insurer’s name, the policy number, the coverage period, and confirmation that the policy applies to the relevant trip destination and dates.

Sahā Quest reserves the right to request additional or updated proof of insurance before departure. Failure to obtain insurance or provide satisfactory proof by the required deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund or credit.

Sahā Quest is not an insurer, insurance broker, or insurance adviser and is not qualified to evaluate whether a policy is sufficient for your individual circumstances. You are solely responsible for reviewing the policy’s coverage, exclusions, limits, eligibility requirements, and claims procedures directly with the insurer.

5.  What Is Included & Excluded

Only the accommodations, meals, programming, transportation, services, and experiences expressly identified as included in your confirmed Journey Overview or otherwise confirmed to you in writing by Sahā Quest are included in the trip price.

The Journey Overview is intended to communicate the trip’s overall structure, character, and principal inclusions. Specific hotels, restaurants, guides, venues, activities, timing, and sequencing may remain subject to confirmation or change.

Not Included

Unless expressly stated as included in your confirmed Journey Overview or another written communication from Sahā Quest, the following are excluded and are your sole responsibility:

International and domestic airfare (including any inter-destination flights)

Airport transfers beyond a 50-mile radius of the trip's arrival/departure destination

       Checked or excess baggage fees

Passport, visa, and government entry fees

       Travel insurance premiums

Gratuities, unless specified in the Journey Overview

Meals, beverages, and activities not listed in the Journey Overview

Items of a personal nature (laundry, phone calls, minibar, etc.)

Medical costs, vaccinations, and health-related expenses

Any costs incurred because you arrive late, leave the trip early, miss an included activity, or make independent arrangements

6.  Traveler Conduct & Removal from Trip

The Sahā Quest experience is built on mutual respect, trust, and a shared commitment to meaningful connection. Every traveler is expected to uphold these values throughout the trip.

Code of Conduct

All travelers must act with courtesy and respect toward fellow travelers, Sahā Quest staff and representatives, and all third-party suppliers and their personnel. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Verbal abuse, threats, or intimidation directed at any person

Physical aggression or violence of any kind

Harassment or discriminatory behavior based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic

Behavior that disrupts the group experience or undermines the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other travelers

Intoxication or impairment to a degree that causes disturbance or poses a safety risk

Conduct that violates local laws or regulations at any destination

Failure or refusal to follow the reasonable instructions of Sahā Quest staff or suppliers

Removal from Trip

Sahā Quest and/or its Suppliers may, in their sole and absolute discretion, require any traveler to leave the trip immediately — at any point before or during the trip — if it is reasonably determined that the traveler has engaged in, is engaging in, or is threatening to engage in any prohibited conduct described above, or any other behavior that Sahā Quest deems incompatible with the safety or integrity of the group experience.

A traveler who is removed from a trip under this section will not receive any refund or credit for any unused portion of the trip. All costs arising from the removal — including alternative transportation, accommodation, meals, and any other incidental expenses — are the sole responsibility of the removed traveler. Sahā Quest shall have no liability or obligation in connection with such removal.

Sahā Quest also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline participation to any traveler prior to departure, including based on information received after booking. All payments remain non-refundable in such cases.

7.  Third-Party Suppliers & Non-Responsibility

All transportation, accommodations, dining, tours, activities, and other travel components are provided through independent third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”). Sahā Quest acts as an arranger and coordinator of these services and does not own, manage, operate, supervise, or control any Supplier.

All Supplier services are subject to the applicable Supplier’s own terms, policies, availability, and operating requirements, which are incorporated into these Terms where applicable.

Descriptions contained in a Journey Overview, website, email, or other Sahā Quest material reflect the information reasonably available at the time of publication. Sahā Quest does not guarantee the continued availability or exact characteristics of any Supplier, accommodation, venue, amenity, activity, guide, or service.

Sahā Quest reserves the right to substitute any Supplier or trip component with an alternative that Sahā Quest reasonably considers appropriate or comparable, without prior notice where advance notice is impracticable.

Sahā Quest assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss, injury, delay, damage, or expense resulting from an act or omission of a Supplier, including bankruptcy, insolvency, overbooking, cancellation, delay, service failure, or deviation from a Supplier’s description.

8.  Travel Documentation & Health Requirements

You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including a valid passport (recommended validity of at least six months beyond your return date), applicable visas, vaccination records, and any other documentation required by the destination. Sahā Quest bears no responsibility for denied boarding, denied entry, or any losses arising from insufficient documentation.

For U.S. citizens: consult www.travel.state.gov and www.cdc.gov before departure. Non-U.S. citizens may have additional requirements.

If you have a pre-existing medical condition, disability, or special requirement that may affect your trip or the booking process, you must notify Sahā Quest at the time of booking. While we will communicate reasonable requests to Suppliers, we cannot guarantee accommodation outside of U.S. ADA standards. Any additional accommodation costs are your sole expense. Sahā Quest reserves the right to require proof of fitness to travel and to exclude any participant it deems unfit for travel, in its sole discretion. All payments remain non-refundable in such cases.

9.  Force Majeure

Sahā Quest assumes no liability for any loss, damage, delay, or cancellation resulting in whole or in part from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, earthquake, volcanic eruption, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions (including travel bans and advisories), strikes, labor disruptions, epidemics, pandemics, cybersecurity incidents, technology outages, or any other unforeseen circumstance that materially impairs our ability to operate a trip (collectively, "Force Majeure Events").

In the event of a force majeure cancellation or modification, Sahā Quest will not be required to issue any refunds, credits, or vouchers. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements where possible.

10.  Assumption of Risk; Limitation of Liability

Travel involves inherent risks. By purchasing a Sahā Quest trip, you voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with travel, including but not limited to: personal injury or illness, property damage or loss, delays, criminal acts by third parties, exposure to environmental conditions, and all other risks inherent to domestic and international travel.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sahā Quest, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising in connection with your trip or these Terms. Sahā Quest's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific trip giving rise to the claim.

All waivers and releases contained in these Terms are binding on you, your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

11.  Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sahā Quest and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and Suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your negligent or wrongful conduct during the trip; (iii) any damage or harm caused by you to other travelers, Sahā Quest staff, Suppliers, or third parties; or (iv) any misrepresentation in your application or booking information.

12.  Photo & Media Release

By participating in a Sahā Quest trip, you grant Sahā Quest a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use photographs, video recordings, and other media of you or your likeness taken during the trip, in any format or channel — including digital, print, and social media — for marketing, promotional, or editorial purposes, without further consent or compensation. You release Sahā Quest and its representatives from any liability in connection with such use.

13.  Privacy & Personal Data

Sahā Quest collects and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at sahaquest.com. Your information will be shared with Suppliers only on a need-to-know basis to facilitate your trip. You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide is accurate and current.

14.  Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All Sahā Quest branding, trademarks, logos, Journey Overviews, trip concepts, programming, written materials, and other proprietary content are the exclusive property of Sahā Quest. You receive no license or right to reproduce, distribute, publish, commercially use, or create derivative works from Sahā Quest intellectual property without prior written consent.

Any non-public information you receive in connection with a trip—including detailed programming, Supplier arrangements, booking information, private group communications, and personal information concerning other travelers—is confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party without authorization.

This confidentiality obligation survives the completion or termination of your booking until the applicable information becomes publicly available through no breach of these Terms.

15.  Non-Disparagement

You agree not to make any statements — written or oral — that disparage, defame, or materially harm the reputation, goodwill, or commercial interests of Sahā Quest. This does not limit your right to make truthful statements as required in any legal proceeding or by applicable law.

16.  Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your participation in any Sahā Quest trip will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. By agreeing to these Terms, you and Sahā Quest each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding.

To initiate arbitration, the party seeking relief must first send a written Notice of Dispute to isabelle@sahaquest.com describing the claim and the relief sought. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of that notice, either party may commence arbitration proceedings.

Any claim arising out of your trip or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, after which it is permanently barred.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. For matters involving intellectual property or injunctive relief, Sahā Quest may seek relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in New York.

17.  California Seller of Travel

Saha Quest Incorporated is a registrant of the California Seller of Travel program, registration number 2162040-40, valid through November 17, 2026. Registration does not constitute the State of California's approval. The program requires that passenger deposits be maintained in a trust account, and Sahā Quest Incorporated maintains such an account.

The purchase of travel services from Sahā Quest Incorporated is covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF) if (i) Sahā Quest was registered and participating in the TCRF at the time of sale, and (ii) the passenger was located in California at the time of payment. Passengers outside California are not covered by the TCRF. To request a claim form, write to: Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation, 468 Manzanita Avenue, Suite 1, Chico, CA 95926, or visit www.tcrcinfo.org.

18.  General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sahā Quest with respect to your trip purchase and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements on the same subject. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Sahā Quest's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. Sahā Quest reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; the version in effect at the time of your payment governs your trip.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including non-refundability, indemnification, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and dispute resolution — will continue in full force after your trip concludes.
