Membership Basics

Sahā Quest memberships are designed as a 3-year journey. Depending on your selected tier, you’ll enjoy either one (Silver) or two (Gold) expertly curated trips each year, each lasting 7 nights. To simplify planning, each travel group’s itinerary is scheduled for the same time each year—so if your first trip is in the second week of March 2025, your trips in 2026 and 2027 will also be in that period. This consistent schedule helps foster a close-knit travel community, allowing members to build lasting friendships and share meaningful experiences. For details, see our Trip Calendar.

Phase I

Application Form

To begin your journey with us, please complete our application form. This is our first opportunity to learn about your interests and gather essential information, all of which will be stored confidentially. Your responses will help us curate meaningful experiences with your future travel group.

Discovery Call

After you submit the application, we’ll reach out to schedule a call to discuss your background and recommend a group that aligns with your interests. Our selections prioritize cultural diversity while promoting cohesion among members.

Phase III

Onboarding

Once you’ve been matched with your group, we’ll guide you through the onboarding process. This includes a warm welcome to our community and introductions to your fellow members. We’re excited to support you as you embark on your journey with Sahā Quest! The entire process takes a few weeks.
